HWA was not the end time Elijah

Malachi+4:5-6:

5"Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the LORD.
6"He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse."

I can't really imagine how anyone thinks that he fulfilled this verse. I don't see that the hearts of the fathers and children have been turned to each other in America.

Silently

Silently I hurtle through the night
A humming metal box in flight
Smoothly through the curves I slide
White dashes by me glide
Rythmic sounds create the trance
of the night drive home.

Awake

Alycia rolled out of bed and whacked the snooze button hard. It was 8:40 Sunday morning and if she took time for a shower, she would be late for work. She pulled on a denim mini-skirt, slipped on her flip-flops, and pulled her hair into a pony tail as she went to the kitchen for a diet soda and an orange. She tossed the orange peel in the trash, grabbed her purse, and headed out the back door to her car. Mascara, eye-liner, and lip gloss could be done while driving.

Thankfully, no cops were seen on her drive into town.

So begins the new year

So, we're beginning a new year, and I'm going to be starting a new job soon. It's going to be cool, but I may not be able to blog as much. Not like I've been writting much anyway. C`est la vie!
