Veronica surprises me constantly

I was pleasantly surprised by Veronica Mars this week. They didn't paint the televangelist as a horrible judgmental hypocrite, but a loving supportive father. His acceptance of his daughter's out-of-wedlock pregnancy was a bit too easy, though. A bit more struggle and discomfort would have been more realistic.
